Volunteer clean up

Mandana Sharifi has now taken part in all three of the volunteer days to clean up our city centre. These happen every month and the next one is tentatively scheduled for 15 November.

It is a great way to build community engagement and get locals involved in preserving our city. If you want to know more details please email Mandana at

The events are organised by the City of Bath World Heritage Volunteer group and it is great to see the work they are doing.

Mandana says "I have really enjoyed these volunteer days and it is great to see the improvement that we are making to the city centre. On Sunday [11th Oct ] we painted 40 bollards at the junction of Milsom Street and Green Street until we got caught by the problem we'll continue beautifying our city at the next get together!."
